By accessing or using Chambista, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Service Description

Chambista provides a field service management platform that helps service businesses schedule jobs, manage field workers, communicate with clients, and process payments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users' access, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chambista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
